Having provided services and supervised large teams at executive levels, we bring both big picture leadership skills and the on-the-ground perspective of operational challenges. We know how to guide executives toward strategic decisions while also helping frontline staff implement actionable solutions that improve daily workflows.
Our work with organizations in a variety of different sectors gives us a nuanced grasp of how program services operate. This insight allows us to tailor strategies that address the specific pressures you face such as confidentiality, funding requirements, client safety, workforce shortages and the need for holistic, trauma-informed care.
-
Born and raised in the Midwest, we bring personal and professional experience to our work. We have worked in rural, urban, and frontier organizations and communities across the Midwest. We are rooted in Midwest communities serving on local boards, advisory councils, and volunteer initiatives ensuring our work is local in context.

Our expertise lies in system-level consulting that centers people and challenges the status-quo of system work. We’ve spent decades in leadership roles across service sectors that intersect—mental health, substance use, sexual and domestic violence, human trafficking, and refugee resettlement—bringing a trauma-informed, equity-centered lens to every engagement. This multidisciplinary insight allows us to design solutions that break silos, increase efficiency, reduce program cost, and elevate care across complex ecosystems, especially within rural and urban communities.
