We are rooted in Midwest communities serving on local boards, advisory councils, and volunteer initiatives ensuring our work is local in context.

We’ve spent decades in leadership roles across service sectors that intersect—mental health, substance use, sexual and domestic violence, human trafficking, and refugee resettlement—bringing a trauma-informed, equity-centered lens to every engagement.
